A Congestive Heart Failure Monitoring System made for Philips Medical

Introduction

A large team project sponsored by Philips Medical to create a comprehensive monitoring solution for congestive heart failure patients and their doctors. The work was split between the doctor app the medical devices and the what my part of the team worked on,the patient interface. The goal was to create a solution that helped users that had plenty of will and support to get better to those near poverty or not committed to helping themselves change their habits.
